对1979—2011年我国学者在《NATURE》和《SCIENCE》期刊上发表的论文进行文献计量分析和统计描述分析,从论文产出、机构分布、国际合作、以及学术影响力等角度,系统梳理了我国学者高水平国际论文的发表情况,特别关注了我国学者作为通讯作者发表的论文,客观地揭示了我国在前沿科技领域的自主创新能力。结果表明,我国科技发展战略对提升自主创新能力的效果彰显;高校正逐步成为突破重大科技问题研究的重要力量,企业在基础研究领域的参与度较低;40个国家/地区参与了我国主导的前沿科技研究;水稻基因研究引领了国际前沿,但我国前沿科技研究的整体学术影响力需要进一步提升。
對1979—2011年我國學者在《NATURE》和《SCIENCE》期刊上髮錶的論文進行文獻計量分析和統計描述分析,從論文產齣、機構分佈、國際閤作、以及學術影響力等角度,繫統梳理瞭我國學者高水平國際論文的髮錶情況,特彆關註瞭我國學者作為通訊作者髮錶的論文,客觀地揭示瞭我國在前沿科技領域的自主創新能力。結果錶明,我國科技髮展戰略對提升自主創新能力的效果彰顯;高校正逐步成為突破重大科技問題研究的重要力量,企業在基礎研究領域的參與度較低;40箇國傢/地區參與瞭我國主導的前沿科技研究;水稻基因研究引領瞭國際前沿,但我國前沿科技研究的整體學術影響力需要進一步提升。

Based on bibliometric and statistical analysis of papers Chinese scholars published in the journal of Nature or Science from 1979 to 2011, this article systematically describes the publication of high-level international papers authored by Chinese scholars in the context of output, institution distribution, international collaboration and academic influence. The papers Chinese scholars published as the corresponding author are especially focused on. The indigenous innovation capability of China is objectively explored. The results showed that the development strategy of science and technology of China has positive impacts on improving indigenous innovation capaci- ty ; the academic university as an important research institution comes to address the significant problems of scientific and technological research, but the role of enterprises has not been fully demonstrated yet; the scholars from 40 countries or regions participated in the research of frontier science and technology leaded by Chinese scholars ; the research of rice genome has been at the international fore- front of the field, but the academic influence of frontier science and technology research needs to be improved.
