从技术发展基础、技术引进、消化吸收、再创新和环境支持五个方面构建产业技术引进再创新能力评价指标体系。引入熵值法改进的灰局势决策模型,对福建省机械装备产业、轻工纺织产业、信息产业和光电子产业近七年引进技术再创新能力进行系统评价,分析比较各产业能力变化趋势及其影响因素。
從技術髮展基礎、技術引進、消化吸收、再創新和環境支持五箇方麵構建產業技術引進再創新能力評價指標體繫。引入熵值法改進的灰跼勢決策模型,對福建省機械裝備產業、輕工紡織產業、信息產業和光電子產業近七年引進技術再創新能力進行繫統評價,分析比較各產業能力變化趨勢及其影響因素。

This paper established an evaluation index system of industries' technology import and re-innovation capabilities from the as- pects of technology development basis, technology import, digestion and absorption, re-innovation, and environment support. An im- proved method of grey situation decision based on entropy was introduced to systematically assess technology import and re-innovation ca- pabilities of machinery equipment manufacturing industry, textile and light industry, information industry and photoelectronic industry in Fujian province in recent 7 years. Through comparing the capabilities of different industries, it analyzed the change tendency of capa- bilities and its influencing factors.
