经过2001年以来的基础教育课程改革，有中国特色、反映时代精神、体现素质教育理念的课程体系基本建立起来。但现行基础教育课程教材还没有全面遵循学生认知发展规律，还没有完全适应教育普及化发展需求，还没有充分反映经济社会发展对国民素质、创新人才的新要求。建设科学的基础教育课程教材体系，必须遵循规律，加强顶层设计，确立建设基础教育课程教材体系的科学理念；必须注重策略，加强协同攻关，推进基础教育课程教材体系科学化建设。
經過2001年以來的基礎教育課程改革，有中國特色、反映時代精神、體現素質教育理唸的課程體繫基本建立起來。但現行基礎教育課程教材還沒有全麵遵循學生認知髮展規律，還沒有完全適應教育普及化髮展需求，還沒有充分反映經濟社會髮展對國民素質、創新人纔的新要求。建設科學的基礎教育課程教材體繫，必鬚遵循規律，加彊頂層設計，確立建設基礎教育課程教材體繫的科學理唸；必鬚註重策略，加彊協同攻關，推進基礎教育課程教材體繫科學化建設。
경과2001년이래적기출교육과정개혁，유중국특색、반영시대정신、체현소질교육이념적과정체계기본건립기래。단현행기출교육과정교재환몰유전면준순학생인지발전규률，환몰유완전괄응교육보급화발전수구，환몰유충분반영경제사회발전대국민소질、창신인재적신요구。건설과학적기출교육과정교재체계，필수준순규률，가강정층설계，학립건설기출교육과정교재체계적과학이념；필수주중책략，가강협동공관，추진기출교육과정교재체계과학화건설。
Curriculum system, with Chinese characteristics, reflecting spirit of the times and embodying the concept of quality education, has been established through curriculum reform of basic education since 2001. However, the current teaching materials in basic education haven＇t entirely followed the laws of the students＇ cognition and development, haven＇t fully adapted to the developing requirement of education＇s popularization, and haven＇t adequately reflected the new requirement for the national quality and innovative talents in the development of economic society. Establishing scientific teaching material system in basic education, we must follow laws to enhance the top-level design, and develop scientific concept. In the process of carrying forward the scientific establishment of teaching materials in basic education, the strategies to strengthen collaborative research should also be paid attention to.
