教学设计师在美国已发展成为一个热门职业,许多大学开设了教学设计师专业,具有较成熟的培养体系,在招生要求、培养方案与培养方式等方面都较为完善。通过对美国新墨西哥大学初级教学设计师和印第安纳大学高级教学设计师培养的考察,发现美国教学设计师培养至少有四个特点值得关注和借鉴:视教学设计师为实践型专业,注重实践能力培养;突出过程指导与监控,注重培养质量;充分利用现代信息技术,开展多元化教学;以社会需求为导向,实施分层次培养。

The instructional designer has become a popular profession in the United States, many universities have established the major of instructional designer with mature and perfect training program and system. Investigating the training of the primary instructional designer in New Mexico University and the advanced instructional designer in Indiana University from admission requirements, training program and training methods, we find the following features of the training instructional designer in the USA. We should regard the instructional designer as a practical profession and pay attention to cultivate the practical ability; highlight the progress guidance and monitoring, and pay attention to cultivate its quality; make full use of modern information technology to carry out diversified teaching; train the instructional designer hierarchically according to the social demands.
