政治和谐是社会主义政治文明的重要价值目标,也是我们在利益结构迅速分化和重组、区域差距、城乡差距、贫富差距呈现拉大趋势的今天面临的重要现实课题。以塞亚·伯林的两种自由概念既是对自由主义在当代西方社会政治实践中产生的积极和消极影响的经典总结,也促使我们对于当代中国政治生活中的现实关系进行审慎反思。扬弃两种自由观,构建＂社会-个体互构＂的政治和谐观、对于进一步推进社会主义政治文明建设具有重要作用。

Political harmony is an important value of the socialist political civilization, and it is also an important realistic topic in the times that the structural of interests become rapid differentiation and reorganization, while the regional gap, the gap between urban and rural areas, rich and poor appears big trend. Insia Berlin’s two concepts of liberty is a classic summary of the positive and negative effects about liberalism,which includes the contemporary western social and political practice.It also prompted us to think of the political life in Chinese reality . Sublation of the two liberty concepts, the construction of political about ＂social and individual mutual construction ＂ can help us promote socialist political civilization futhermore.
