This paper has studied： some conditions of ZI-ring turning into morphic-ring; in a ZI-ring, the e- quivalence of left （right） GP-V-（ GP-V＇-） morphie-ring and strongly regular ring; the relations between morphie- ring and ZI-ring under reduction condition.
