以硫酸钛为原料,采用液相沉淀法,在60℃的低温条件下制备了纳米TiO2.产品经XRD、拉曼分析,结果表明,其构型为锐态矿型.研究了TiO2纳米粒子在紫外光下对亚甲基蓝的降解作用,结果表明,在光催化作用6h后,TiO2纳米粒子对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解率为57%.

In this paper, anatase TiO2 nanoparticles are prepared by a simple precipitation method under 60℃, using titanium sulfate as Ti source. The product is characterized by XRD and Raman techniques. The results indicate that the product is Anatase TiO= nanoparticles with the diameter of 5.25nm. Its photocatalytic properties on cationic dye methylene blue are investigated. The results indicate that the photocatalytic time has great influence on the degradation of dye methylene blue. The degardation ratio of dye methylene blue reaches 57% after 6 h.
