日本占领蒙疆地区后，为了长期有效地控制蒙疆地区，使蒙疆地区日本化，便直接插手伪蒙疆政权的留学教育，着力选派蒙古族学生和蒙古喇嘛赴日留学。蒙疆地区留日教育活动呈现出以下一些特点：全方位推动留日活动的开展；全过程贯彻奴化殖民教育宗旨；多方面安置留日毕业生。但随着1945年8月日本战败投降，日本在伪蒙疆推行的留日奴化教育活动也全部归于失败。

After Japanese occupation of Mengjiang area, the Japanese colonial authorities directly intervened in the puppet Mon- golian government foreign education,＇and actively selected Mongolian students and Mongolian lama to study in Japan in order to effectively control the Mengjiang area and make the Mengjiang＇area Japanized. The educational activity reflected some features of the following： promoting all -round study activity in Japan; entire process of enslaved colonial education purpose; well arranging the graduates in many sides.
