本文以能源要素区际贸易为分析基点，实证分析了要素价格扭曲与我国区域经济利益实现问题。研究表明，我国要素价格总扭曲程度保持在高位，东部地区扭曲程度高于其它地区；能源要素区际贸易存在严重的区域失衡，中西部特别是西部地区成为最大的能源要素输出地；要素价格扭曲的存在使得区域经济利益未能通过区际贸易来实现，要素价格扭曲所带来的直接利益损失以及要素生产率区域差距所产生的区域经济利益外溢，构成中西部区域经济利益损失和区域经济利益空间失衡的重要内容。

Taking the energy factor interregional trade as the research basis point, there is an empirical re- search on China＇ s factor price distortion and the realization of the regional economic interest in the paper. The analysis results show China＇ s factor price distortion still remains a high level, and the eastern region is higher than the other regions; energy factor interregional trade exits serious regional structure imbalance, and the central and western region become the biggest energy output region; the regional economic interest do not effectively realize through interregional trade because of the factor price distortion, and the direct interest losses and the over- fall of the regional economic interest constitute the important content of the central ＆ western regional economic losses and the spatial ~e of the regional economic interest.
