构建了职业风险与组织承诺的关系模型,并在此基础上探析了组织支持在职业风险与组织承诺间的调节作用;通过对西部基层法院301名法官的调查,采用多元回归方法处理数据;研究表明:除组织支持在固有风险与情感承诺以及社会风险与情感承诺关系间表现出弱显著调节作用外,组织支持在职业风险与其他组织承诺关系间均表现出显著的调节作用。

This article builds a relational model of occupational risks and organizational commitment, and makes an a- nalysis of the mediator role of organizational support in the occupational risks and organizational commitment. Based on the above, we explore and analyze the mediator role in the occupational risks and organizational commitment. After a survey of 301 judges of the western grassroots court, we used the multiple regression method to process the data. The re- search shows that in addition to the fact that the organizational support demonstrates a weak significant regulatory role in the relationship between inherent risks & emotional commitment and social risks & emotional commitment, the organiza- tional support plays a significant role in the regulation of the relationship between occupational risks and other organiza- tions.
