通过研究循环经济产业园区的现状，分析现阶段循环经济产业园区发展所存在的问题，针对园区的产业结构不平衡现象，提出对产业园区内的各大产业进行产业循环、产业关联分析的思路，寻找循环经济产业园区新的经济增长点，解决循环经济产业园区的产业战略的发展问题，提高产业园区的经济收益，增强产业园区的经济实力，最终实现循环经济产业园区的快速发展。
