船舶市场长周期波动的特点严重影响到船舶制造企业的可持续发展，由于船舶市场受到各种复杂因素的影响，-＆＇fi＇l很难对船舶制造企业的风险进行客观有效的评估。文章从船舶制造企业投入产出的角度，运用数据包络分析（DEA）方法分析企业不同投入产出部门的效率，从而确定船舶制造企业的风险等级和来源，有利于船舶企业提出有针对性的风险规避策略。

The characteristics of the fluctuant of ship market being in long cycle affects seriously the shipbuilding enterprise＇s sustainable development. Due to the shipping market is influenced by various factors, it is difficult for shipbuilding enterprise to evaluate its risk effectively and objectively. Based on input-output of shipbuilding enterprises, this article try to use the DEA （ Data Envelopment Analysis ） method to analyze the efficiency of different enterprise＇s input and output, thereby identifying the risk sources, and then puts forward the targeted risk avoidance strategies of shipbuilding enterprises, that would play an important role on making up risk measurement policy.
