在我国,相对独立的高职教师职称评审标准一直处于悬缺状态。长期套用综合性大学教师职称评审标准,导致高职教师专业发展产生不同程度的异化,并诱发一系列系统性问题。究其原因,“双师导向”的高职教师专业发展不同于“学术导向”的综合性大学教师的专业发展。依据系统理论分析发现,诱发诸多问题的根本动因在于“元素移植”式的“套用标准”。建议在研发相对独立的高职教师职称评审新标准时,应遵循独立设定、双师导向、分类考量等三条原则,并提出调整科研标准,增设实践教学标准,增加教师技能标准等三项策略。

In China, professional title evaluation standards of higher vocational colleges' faculty have been absent for a long time. The embedding usage of professional title evaluation standards designed for university faculty which have caused some alienations of higher vocational faculty' s professional development and a series of systematic problems. The reason is that the professional development of higher vocational colleges' faculty is orientated by "double functions", that is quite different from that of universities' faculty which orientated by academic . Analyzed by systematic theory, the embedding us- age of professional title evaluation standards designed for university faculty is the fundamental motivations of the systematic problems. It is suggested that relatively separate professional title evaluation standards of higher vocational colleges' faculty should be formulated and three principals should be abided. Finally, three strategies have been advised.
