大学是知识生产的场域，其权力性格通过知识与权力的共谋关系得以显现。权力对知识的规训是“知识纪律化”的过程，知识准入与学科等级化是其主要内容。然而，权力与知识的存续逻辑无法完全通约，权力僭越将导致学术凋敝与主体理性的不彰，权力本身也难逃合法性危机。因此，权力必须节制规训欲望，以个性人格陶养、学术价值与真理标准作为知识准入与学科分等的原则。

University is an important field of knowledge production, and its power character appears through conspiracy of knowledge and power. The manipulation of power is a process of knowledge discipline, and knowledge access and discipline rating are important content of power manipulation. However, the existing and developing logics of power and knowledge is incommensurable, and power arrogation may lead to destitu- tion of academy and make rationaihy decline. Power should control its desire and obey principles of enlighten- ment, academy and truth.
