随着体育全球化的发展，运动员国籍纠纷频繁出现，所涉利益关系重大。在对国际体育仲裁院受理的运动员国籍问题的案件进行分析后发现，规行的运动员国籍纠纷解决机制中存在许多漏洞，造成了种种不公平的现象。完善此类纠纷解决机制需要区分体育国籍和法律国籍，明确取得和变更体育国籍的方式和效力，修改现有运动员国籍规定中不公平的条款，保障运动员寻求救济的权利，统一各单项联合会章程规则中有关体育国籍的规定。
隨著體育全毬化的髮展，運動員國籍糾紛頻繁齣現，所涉利益關繫重大。在對國際體育仲裁院受理的運動員國籍問題的案件進行分析後髮現，規行的運動員國籍糾紛解決機製中存在許多漏洞，造成瞭種種不公平的現象。完善此類糾紛解決機製需要區分體育國籍和法律國籍，明確取得和變更體育國籍的方式和效力，脩改現有運動員國籍規定中不公平的條款，保障運動員尋求救濟的權利，統一各單項聯閤會章程規則中有關體育國籍的規定。
수착체육전구화적발전，운동원국적규분빈번출현，소섭이익관계중대。재대국제체육중재원수리적운동원국적문제적안건진행분석후발현，규행적운동원국적규분해결궤제중존재허다루동，조성료충충불공평적현상。완선차류규분해결궤제수요구분체육국적화법률국적，명학취득화변경체육국적적방식화효력，수개현유운동원국적규정중불공평적조관，보장운동원심구구제적권리，통일각단항연합회장정규칙중유관체육국적적규정。
With the development of sports globalization, dispute of athletes＂ nationality arises frequently and with significant interests. After analysis of the arbitrations of CAS revealed that there were many problems exist in the current athletes＂ nationality dispute resolution mechanisms and we found it caused inequities. In order to perfect the dispute settlement mechanism, it is necessary to distinguish the concept of sport nationality and legal nationality, clear the manner of acquisition and change of sport nationality, and modify the unfair terms which included in the relevant athletes nationality rules, protect the athletes right to seek relief, unify the articles of sports nationality of all the International Federations.
