研究日本足球的起源和发展，并从市场、产权的视角对日本职业足球进行分析，认为日本职业足球取得成功的经验是赋予俱乐部对职业联赛的实际控制权，这是世界职业足球的共同特征，也是中国职业足球深化改革的方向。

Although professionalization reforms for football had been initiated both in Japan and China, different re- suits were achieved. Professional football in Japan made great progress and that in China suffered a disastrous de- cline. In this paper, professional Japanese football was analyzed from the viewpoint of market and property rights. It was concluded that the successful experiences in Japan were that the clubs owned de facto control to the football league, which was common for world football and should be what was for the Chinese football.
