建设美丽乡村是社会主义新农村建设的一个有效载体，“美丽乡村”要求达到“四个美”，即规划科学布局美、村庄整治环境美、创业增收生活美、乡风文明素质美．发展乡村旅游是对推进我国农业转变发展方式、优化调整农业和农村产业结构、促进农民就业增收、建设美丽乡村、统筹城乡发展、拓展旅游业发展空间以及构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的意义．芜湖县乡村旅游业发展具备良好的交通区位、文化资源、产业政策和客源市场等优势，同时也存在旅游市场影响力小、景点品位不突出、开发资金投入不足、基础设施及公共设施建设滞后等问题。在建设美丽乡村中芜湖县应采取积极参与区域旅游合作、科学合理编制旅游规划、加大旅游宣传营销力度、打造休闲旅游精品等措施来促进乡村旅游发展．

Beautiful country construction is an effective carrier of building new socialist villages. Beautiful country has four requirements or ＂four beauty＂, namely the beauty of layout with scientific planning, the beauty of environment, the beauty of life with high income and the beauty of local custom. The development of rural tourism has great influence on advancing the developing mode change of agriculture in our country, optimizing agriculture and rural industry structure, stimulating farmer employment and income, constructing beautiful countryside, balancing urban and rural development, expanding tourism and building harmonious socialist society. Wuhu County rural tourism development has its advantages such as good traffic loca- tion, cultural resources, industry policy and market. At the same time there also exist some problems such as weak travel mar- ket influence, obscure scenic spots, inadequate development capital and delayed construction of infrastructure and public fa- cilities. In constructing beautiful villages, Wuhu County should promote the development of rural tourism by actively partici- pating in regional tourism cooperation, planning tourism scientifically and reasonably, increasing tourism marketing efforts and creating leisure tourism products.
