基于我国逐渐进入老龄化社会与“90后”群体成为高校大学生主体的时代背景．分析了“90后”大学生的特点：同时，探讨中国现代化建设对人才的要求和未来人才应具有的知识结构，指出未来大学生不但要具备丰富的专业知识。还应具有卓越的创新与实践能力。阐述了高校创新创业教育对催生“人才红利”的重要作用．探索了高校创新创业教育助推“人口红利”转化为“人才红利”的途径，提出高校只有坚持以科学发展观指导高等教育内涵式发展，有效构建政府、高校、企业和大学生四方联合互补反馈的运行机制，形成高校创新创业教育的新局面，才能有效促进“人口红利”转化为“人才红利”。

Based on the background that China has already entered aging society, and Post-90s students have become the main component of University, this essay analyses the unique character for Post-90s students, discusses what kinds of requirements and knowledge structure future talents need to approach China＇s modernization, and points out that future talents should not only master extensive expertise, but also need to have excellent innovation and practising ability. This essay identifies that innovation and entrepreneurship education played an important role to promote the talents dividend, discusses methods for Colleges and universities to promote ＂Demographic dividend＂ transform into ＂Talents dividend＂, and proposes that only Colleges and universities adhere to using scientific concept of development to guide the connotative development of higher education, setting up an effective quartet joint feedback system by government, universities, enterprises and students, and form a new situation for innovation and entrepreneurship education, ＂Demographic dividend＂ can transform into ＂Talents dividend＂ more effective.
