采用分层取样和方便抽样相结合的方法抽取广西桂林市、玉林市、防城港市等35所学校900名中小学教师为被试,采用教师职业倦怠问卷和生活质量综合评定问卷对教师职业倦怠和生活质量相关因素的状况进行书面调查。结果表明:广西中小学教师职业倦怠整体处于低等程度的职业倦怠,但情绪枯竭处于中等程度倦怠;教师职业倦怠水平存在教龄差异,6~10年教龄是教师职业生涯中职业倦怠的高发期;女教师职业倦怠总分和情绪枯竭显著高于男教师;广西中小学教师生活质量相关因子状况处于中下水平,人际交往能力因子得分最高,业余娱乐生活和生活质量总体评价两因子得分最低;教师职业倦怠与教师生活质量相关因子呈显著性负相关,认知功能、精神紧张度、自尊、人际交往能力、生活质量总体评价5个因子对职业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。

By means of the methods of stratified sampling and convenience sampling,900 teacher participants in total from 35 primary and secondary schools in Guilin,Yulin and Fangchenggang cities in Guangxi gave responses to the teachers' job burnout survey questionnaire and the quality of life questionnaire which aims to survey on the relationship between the effects of job burnout and related factors about the quality of life among primary and middle school teachers.The result indicates that teachers' job burnout was in overall at low level among middle and primary school teachers in Guangxi,yet emotional exhaustion factor at medium level.There was significant difference in teaching age with respect to the level of teachers' job burnout.It is found that a teaching experience from 6 to 10 years was high-risk stage;besides,the level of female teachers' job burnout and emotional exhaustion was higher than male teachers.And the level of the quality of life related factors was below the average quality in the primary and secondary school teachers of Guangxi,while the interpersonal skills factor had the highest score,and another two factors,sparetime entertainment life and the overall evaluation of life quality had got minimum scores.There was a negative relation between the total scores of teachers' job burnout and the related factors of teachers' quality of life consequently,for factors including cognitive function,mental tension,self-esteem,interpersonal skills,and the overall evaluation of life quality had significant and negative prediction impact on job burnouts.
