目的:以人机工程学理论及儿童青少年身体形态特征为基础,分析儿童青少年运动健身车结构尺寸特征。方法:通过对7~18岁2590名儿童青少年身体形态进行测量,以儿童青少年身体形态特征及科学的骑姿为依据,在自行车基本结构设计原理基础上,分析儿童青少年健身车曲柄、鞍座及手把的相对位置和距离。结果与结论:儿童青少年健身车曲柄长度可设计在11.8~17.7cm之间,同一台车曲柄调节尺寸可为5.9cm;鞍座到曲柄中心轴的直线距离可设计在34.6~59.5cm之间,当骑行中鞍座至曲柄中心轴的连线与水平面后夹角成75°时,同一台车鞍座和车把的上下垂直调节尺寸可设计为24.1cm;鞍座至车把的直线距离可设计在54.0~110.4cm之间,同一台车车把和鞍座前后调节尺寸可设计在28.2cm.

Objective:Based on ergonomics and physical shape of children and adolescents from 7 to 18 years old, structure of stationary bike was analyzed in order to design for children and adolescents. Methods:There were 2590 children or adolescents whose physical shape was measured. According to the characteristics of physical shape, reasonable cycling posture and on the basis of Bicycle structure design principle, relative position about crank, saddle and handle of stationary bike which is designed for children and adolescents was analyzed. Results: The length of crank of the stationary bike for children and adolescents could be designed to 11.8 cm-17. 7cm and the adjustable length is 5. 9cm; Distance from seat to crank could be designed to 34.6cm-59.5cm; Adjustable height of seat or handle could be designed to 24. lcm; Distance from seat to handle could be designed to 54. 0cm - 110. 4cm and the adjustable length is 28.2cm.
