低碳农业园区建设是推动温室气体减排的重要手段,低碳农业园区发展决策需要对试点低碳农业因区的跟踪研究支持。由于低碳农业园区的建设才刚刚起步,因而目前关于如何建设低碳农业园区研究尚属崭新的课题。文章以东滩低碳农业因区的实际运行状况与实际投入产出数据和实际测量数据测算了低碳农业园区的低碳指标绩效指数。结果表明,低碳农业因区建设绩效良好,应当通过加强多种策略来推进低碳农业因区建设。

Constructing the low-carbon agriculture park (LCAP) is a powerful means of promoting the reduction of carbon dioxide. Now, the LCAP performance valuation research is still a new area to be studied. Using the relative input and output data of dongtan LCAP, the authors calculated the performance of the low-carbon agricultural park. The result reveals the LCAP has a good constructing performance, comparing with the regular carbon agriculture of itself and Shanghai. We can find that we should enforce more strategies and contermeasures to improve and expand the development of LCAP.
