青年教师作为高校教学研究工作的主力军,其思想状况一定程度上决定着高校教育教学的质量。通过调查发现,青年教师思想状况的主流是积极向上的,但同时也存在着政治意识、理想信念、职业道德有弱化趋势,价值观呈现多元化、存在一定功利主义倾向等一些不容忽视的消极方面。导致这些思想问题的原因既有社会大环境的影响,也有学校对青年教师政治思想教育重视不够的原因,还有青年教师自身思想不成熟、生活压力大等方面的因素。对此,高校应提高认识,创新教育机制,创设良好的人文环境,有利于青年教师的健康成长。

As they compose the main force in the teaching and research work,young university teachers,especially their state of mind, decides the quality of higher education.Based on a survey of some young teachers in Shanxi Medical University, it is found that the mainstream of the ideological status of young university teachers is chiefully positive yet with some negative aspects which can not be ignored.There are many reasons for it,such as the influences of the general social environment,university＇s insufficient political and ideological education to the young teachers,the immaturity of young teachers and stresses in their life.To solve the problem,it is theref ore adviced that universities must improve their understanding to innovate educational mechanism,cultivate better humanistic environment in order to help the healthy self-development of those young teachers.
