现代医学教育理念、新型医患关系和医疗风险都要求医学人才具有依法行医的素养。但当前医学教育对学生依法行医素养的培养存在着课程设置不完善、课外获取法律知识途径有限、医学生处理法律问题欠缺等诸多不足,不利于医学人才职业能力的提高。应通过法律基础课与卫生法学课相结合、课外与课内结合、法学教师言传与临床教师身教相结合等有效途径,更好地培养医学人才依法行医的素养,提高其职业能力。
現代醫學教育理唸、新型醫患關繫和醫療風險都要求醫學人纔具有依法行醫的素養。但噹前醫學教育對學生依法行醫素養的培養存在著課程設置不完善、課外穫取法律知識途徑有限、醫學生處理法律問題欠缺等諸多不足,不利于醫學人纔職業能力的提高。應通過法律基礎課與衛生法學課相結閤、課外與課內結閤、法學教師言傳與臨床教師身教相結閤等有效途徑,更好地培養醫學人纔依法行醫的素養,提高其職業能力。
현대의학교육이념、신형의환관계화의료풍험도요구의학인재구유의법행의적소양。단당전의학교육대학생의법행의소양적배양존재착과정설치불완선、과외획취법률지식도경유한、의학생처리법률문제흠결등제다불족,불리우의학인재직업능력적제고。응통과법률기출과여위생법학과상결합、과외여과내결합、법학교사언전여림상교사신교상결합등유효도경,경호지배양의학인재의법행의적소양,제고기직업능력。
In the present medical education,there exist many deficiencies with regard to the cultivation of stuednt s′ competence in terms of practising medicine in legal way,and this is not conductive to the promotion of the medical personnels′ professional competence.This article starts from the necessity of training the students′ quality of practicing medicine in accordance with law,and focuses on the analysis about the current problems and their solutions,with the aim of bettering the quality of medical personnels and improving their professional ability.
