城市经济增长迅速伴随而来的是资源、环境、社会承载能力的严重下降。本文从资源、环境、经济、社会四方面建立城市综合承载力评价指标体系,以河北省内11个设区城市为研究对象,基于熵值法确立指标权重,通过综合评价指数法计算河北省11市的综合承载能力和承压水平,指出河北省11个城市综合承载力差异较大,城市在快速发展经济的同时对节约资源和保护环境做的还不够,应重点提升11市的资源承载能力和环境承压水平。

With the rapid economic development, the resource, environmental and social carrying capabilities of cities have declined seriously. This paper builds city comprehensive carrying capacities evaluation index system which includes resource, environmental, economic and social carrying capacities; analyzes relevant data from 11 cities in Hebei Province; applies entropy value method to calculate the index weights; applies the compre- hensive evaluation index method to calculate the comprehensive carrying capacity of 11 cities; proposes that the comprehensive carrying capacities of 11 cities are quite different; puts forwards that 11cities should both develop economy and save resources, should pay more attention to improve the resource carrying capabilities and environmental pressure bearing levels.
