通过对阳陵邑遗址的平面布局和邺北城进行比较，认为以阳陵邑为代表的西汉中小城市是魏晋隋唐时期都城布局的源头。魏晋隋唐都城的源头和发展演变脉络表现为：以阳陵邑为代表的西汉中小城市→曹魏邺北城→魏晋时期的平城和洛阳→邺南城→隋大兴唐长安城。

This article comes up with an outstanding conclusion from a comparison between the layouts of Yang Lingyi and Ye Beicheng. With Yang Lingyi as a representative, the author thinks the Western Han Dynasty＇s mid- dle - sized and small cities are the sources of capitals＇ layout and form during Dynasty from Wei - Jin to Sui -Tang. The source, development and evolution during the dynasties from Wei -Jin to Sui -Tang show up as the fol- lowing： With Yang Lingyi as a representative＇s middle -sized and small cities in Western Han Dynasty→Ye Beicheng of Dynasty Cao - Wei→ Pingcheng and Luoyang of Dynasty Wei - Jin→Daxing of Dynasty Sui, Chang＇an of Dynasty Tang.
