基于人口普查和联合国的人口预测，本文分析了人口老龄化对劳动力供给、资本积累、支柱产业和技术进步等方面的不利影响。应对快速人口老龄化，必须树立科学人口发展观，分阶段放开一胎化生育政策，循序提高退休和领取养老保险年龄，同时制定与实施和人口结构变化相适应的产业规划，发展老龄产业，调整产业结构。
基于人口普查和聯閤國的人口預測，本文分析瞭人口老齡化對勞動力供給、資本積纍、支柱產業和技術進步等方麵的不利影響。應對快速人口老齡化，必鬚樹立科學人口髮展觀，分階段放開一胎化生育政策，循序提高退休和領取養老保險年齡，同時製定與實施和人口結構變化相適應的產業規劃，髮展老齡產業，調整產業結構。

Based on the recent official census data in China and UN population forecast, this paper ex amines the adverse effects of aging population on labor supply, capital formation, the industrial sectors such as housing and car-making, as well as technological innovation. Facing the challenges of increasing severe aging, it is necessary to set up new scientific concepts of population development, loose and finally eliminate birth control policy, postpone retirement age gradually, carry out the industrial adjustmems matched with the change of population structure, promote the development of industries related to the aged people.
