通过对社区音乐文化活动的调查，分析了目前社区音乐文化发展中存在的几个问题。针对这些问题提出了四点建议：各级党委和政府要立足于应对中国社会老龄化危机的高度，对社区音乐文化的发展给以足够的重视；各级政府文化主管部门要把开展社区音乐文化活动纳入自己的工作范畴，给予具体的扶持和帮助；各专业院校等教育机构，应围绕社区音乐文化活动开展社区共建，解决社区音乐文化活动中业务骨干缺乏和辅导力量薄弱的问题；社区应发挥组织领导作用，派专人负责社区的音乐文化活动。

Through the survey on the community music and cultural activities, this essay analyzes several problems that exist in current city community music culture. Aiming at these problems, this essay puts forward four suggestions ： the party and government at all levels should be based on the response to China＇s ageing society crisis from the fundamental policy, policies and regulations, development plan for the integrated management; government cultural departments should put community music cultural activities into their work, duty - bound to catch in the hand; various colleges and other educational institutions should focus on the community music cultural activities to carry out some of the community construction and solve the problems of lacking the business the power of the backbone and counseling; community leaders of government should play a leading role.
