中国传统农业社会的"休闲"现象,儒家倡导劳动、工作、学习之后的"休闲",道家奉行的"养神之道",禅宗"直指人心,见性成佛"的休闲方法,都不约而同地以"静"为美,努力在静态之下追求体力与精力的"休闲"。儒、道、禅对"休闲"第一境界的探讨与追求,尽管形式有所不同,但异曲同工,殊途同归,都是将人生理想展现为社会生活实践的哲学。这些理论主张形成了有别于西方的中国文化传统,对于构建和谐社会、实现社会的可持续发展都有重要的启示意义。

중국전통농업사회적"휴한"현상,유가창도노동、공작、학습지후적"휴한",도가봉행적"양신지도",선종"직지인심,견성성불"적휴한방법,도불약이동지이"정"위미,노력재정태지하추구체력여정력적"휴한"。유、도、선대"휴한"제일경계적탐토여추구,진관형식유소불동,단이곡동공,수도동귀,도시장인생이상전현위사회생활실천적철학。저사이론주장형성료유별우서방적중국문화전통,대우구건화해사회、실현사회적가지속발전도유중요적계시의의。
In regard to the phenomena of leisure in Chinese traditional agricultural society,the Confucian School advocated for "enjoying leisure" after laboring,working and learning;the Taoist School pursued the "attainment of mental tranquility";and the Zen School esteemed the leisure ways of "cultivating the human heart and becoming a Buddha after seeing one's nature".The three schools all considered "tranquility" as beauty and pursued physical and energetic leisure in a static state.Although there exist differences in the exploration and pursuit of the uppermost state of "leisure" in forms for the three schools,their essence was similar,i.e.they all presented their life ideal as the philosophy of the social and life practice.All these theoretical claims,which have helped to shape China's traditional culture,different from western culture,have significant meaning for the building of a harmonious society and the realization of sustainable development of society.
