艺术类院校师生关系的和谐构建,则因学生教师的艺术追求千差万别,行为方式的纷繁冗杂和社会环境的交叉影响等因素而显得更加复杂,也更具挑战性。基于此,要构建高校艺术院系和谐的师生关系,也应综合考虑多种因素的交叉影响,充分调动学生、教师、院系及学校层面多种有利因素,不仅从观念引领、行为引导上做工作,而且要深入考察学校教学、招生和管理等各个层面的多元因素,才能实现高校艺术院系师生关系和谐构建。
藝術類院校師生關繫的和諧構建,則因學生教師的藝術追求韆差萬彆,行為方式的紛繁冗雜和社會環境的交扠影響等因素而顯得更加複雜,也更具挑戰性。基于此,要構建高校藝術院繫和諧的師生關繫,也應綜閤攷慮多種因素的交扠影響,充分調動學生、教師、院繫及學校層麵多種有利因素,不僅從觀唸引領、行為引導上做工作,而且要深入攷察學校教學、招生和管理等各箇層麵的多元因素,纔能實現高校藝術院繫師生關繫和諧構建。

Due to the variety of the artistic pursuits, the complexity of the behavior of teachers and students, and the cross impact of the social environment, etc. , the construction of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in artistic faculties and colleges becomes more complicated and challenging. In view of that, the construction of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students should rely on the guidance of mentality and behaviors, with the consideration of the cross impacts of various elements and bringing all the positive factors from different levels of students, teachers, faculties and universities into play. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to make an overall consideration for multielements, such as teaching methods, student enrollment, university administration, and so on.
