研究论及三个重要观点：一论跨国民族（transnational min—zu）是全球化后殖民主义时代民族共同体的普遍形态．这就意味着代表不同文化的跨国族群及其多元文化现象成为了世界主流的民族生态现象．而宣告了资本主义国家构建同质化单一民族国家的时代已经终结，在当代全球化初期不可能实现这种同质化；二论当代全球化跨国民族新时代中国内政外交的核心问题：三论遍布世界的跨国族体向“和谐共生”“殊途同归”发展的道路。
研究論及三箇重要觀點：一論跨國民族（transnational min—zu）是全毬化後殖民主義時代民族共同體的普遍形態．這就意味著代錶不同文化的跨國族群及其多元文化現象成為瞭世界主流的民族生態現象．而宣告瞭資本主義國傢構建同質化單一民族國傢的時代已經終結，在噹代全毬化初期不可能實現這種同質化；二論噹代全毬化跨國民族新時代中國內政外交的覈心問題：三論遍佈世界的跨國族體嚮“和諧共生”“殊途同歸”髮展的道路。
연구론급삼개중요관점：일론과국민족（transnational min—zu）시전구화후식민주의시대민족공동체적보편형태．저취의미착대표불동문화적과국족군급기다원문화현상성위료세계주류적민족생태현상．이선고료자본주의국가구건동질화단일민족국가적시대이경종결，재당대전구화초기불가능실현저충동질화；이론당대전구화과국민족신시대중국내정외교적핵심문제：삼론편포세계적과국족체향“화해공생”“수도동귀”발전적도로。
This paper deals with three important points of views： （1） Transnational ethnic groups are a common form of ethnic communities in the post-colonial era of globalization, which means transnational ethnic groups re-presenting different cultures and cultural diversity have become the mainstream phenomenon of ethnic ecology of the world, thus putting an end to the era when capitalist countries want to build a unified homogeneous country, which is now impossible to be realized in the contemporary age of globalization. （2） This paper discusses some core issues concerning China＇s domestic affairs and diplomacy in this new era of globalization. （3） This paper explores into the development path of transnational ethnic groups to harmonious coexistence.
