教育投入包括教育经费投入和教育人力投入，基于2000—2010年省级面板数据，综合利用空间面板回归和门槛面板回归模型探讨了经济发展中教育投入效应的空间外溢性及门槛特征，研究结果表明：教育经费投入与教育人力投入对经济增长的效应明显，但不同地区存在着显著性差异。经济发展中教育投入效应存在着空间外溢性特征，表明教育经费投入增长率、教育人力投入增长率与GDP增长率存在着空间上的非均衡分布。同时，经济发展中教育投入效应存在着门槛特征。教育投入对经济增长的效应随着教育经费投入增长率和教育人力投入增长率提高而呈现降低的趋势。

The education investment includes the education funds investment and the education human investment. Based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2010, the space spiUover and threshold featrues of the education investment effect are explored by space panel regression and threshold panel regression model in the course of the economic development, the results of the study show that： the education funds investment and the education human investment promote economic growth obviously, hut there are significant differences in different areas. There are space spillover features in the education investment effect in the course of the economic development that shows there are space unbalanced distributions in the education funds investment growth rate, the education human investment growth rate and GDP growth rate. At the same time, there are some threshold features in the education investment effect in the course of the economic development, and the education investment effect to develop econony will go trend lower with the rising of the education funds investment growth rate and the education human investment growth rate.
