集成创新是集成创新主体以最为合理的结构形式将集成创新要素进行优化和整合,融合成一个功能倍增、适应进化的有机整体。以J大学为例从校企合作机理集成创新的角度探讨地方高校与地方政府、企业行业结盟办学培养应用型人才的模式,寻求校企合作“1+1〉2”的集成效应,探寻地方高校应用型人才培养途径与方式创新。

Integrated innovation is the process in which the elements of integrated innovation are optimized and integrated into an organic whole with magnified functions and evolutionary adaptability based on the most reasonable structure. In applied talents through this article, the author, taking J University as an example, discusses the mode of training the alliance between universities and local government and enterprises from the perspective of integrated innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. The purpose is, on the one hand, to seek the integrated effect of "1+1 〉2" resulted from the optimal combination of elements in the creative integration of school-enterprise cooperation system; on the other hand, to explore the road of innovation in the approaches and means with and by which applied talents are trained in local universities.
