The article defines the connotation and denotation of the Core Occupational Competence of Vocational College Students. It also constructs the cultivating system of the core occupational competence including training objectives, curriculum system, training system, evaluation system and guarantee system of Higher Vocational College Students. Besides, the article explores the "three levels, four combined training" mode of the core occupation competence of Higher Vocational College Students.
