针对高校图书馆不同层次读者（教职员工、本科生、专科生、外来读者）的满意度,从馆员服务、馆藏文献、基本设备、馆内环境等方面,通过两两比较,得出了相应的成对比较矩阵,建立了读者满意度的层次分析模型,应用层次分析方法及特征向量的实用算法,得出了高校图书馆读者满意度各权重,最后,从读者满意度角度和模型结果方面,对高校图书馆工作提出了一些建议.

In this paper,we build the analytic hierarchy model of reader satisfaction via different levels of readers （faculty, undergraduates, junior college students, foreign readers） of the university library. From librarian service,collections literature, basic equipment, the museum environment aspect and so on, we also give the corresponding the pairs comparison matrix via the corresponding the pairs comparison matrix. Secondly,we obtain the university library readers＇ satisfaction weight by the practical application of the analytic hierarchy method and eigenvectors algorithm. Finally, we give some suggestions from the. model results and the reader satisfaction angle.
