注意缺失是影响智障学生回归正常人生活的重要障碍之一。为了改善智障学生的各种注意品质,对38名智障程度的学生的注意缺失进行了运动性干预研究。研究结果:1)从总体上来讲,智障学生力量、速度、耐力、柔韧、灵敏5种身体素质训练对其注意集中、分配、转移、广度4种注意品质均有不同程度的改善;2)对改善智障学生注意集中、注意转移两种注意品质最具影响力的身体素质是速度素质,尤其是反应速度起到了更加重要的作用;3)对提高智障学生注意分配能力最具影响力的身体素质是耐力素质;4)对智障学生注意广度的改善程度在5种身体素质训练之间没有明显差别。
註意缺失是影響智障學生迴歸正常人生活的重要障礙之一。為瞭改善智障學生的各種註意品質,對38名智障程度的學生的註意缺失進行瞭運動性榦預研究。研究結果:1)從總體上來講,智障學生力量、速度、耐力、柔韌、靈敏5種身體素質訓練對其註意集中、分配、轉移、廣度4種註意品質均有不同程度的改善;2)對改善智障學生註意集中、註意轉移兩種註意品質最具影響力的身體素質是速度素質,尤其是反應速度起到瞭更加重要的作用;3)對提高智障學生註意分配能力最具影響力的身體素質是耐力素質;4)對智障學生註意廣度的改善程度在5種身體素質訓練之間沒有明顯差彆。

The absence of attention is one of obstacles for mentally retarded students to normal life. In order to im- prove their various quality of attention, the study of exercise intervention on absence of attention of mentally retard- ed students was implemented. Results : 1 ) Generally, the five qualities of body of mentally retarded students such as strength, speed, stamina, flexibility and sensitivity, can improve four qualities of attention, i.e. concentration of attention, distribution of attention, shifting of attention, range of attention, to some extent. 2) The quality of speed is the most important factor to improve the two qualities, i.e. concentration of attention, shifting of atten- tion, and the quality of reaction speed plays a more important role. 3 ) The quality of stamina of mentally retarded students is the most important factor to improve the distribution of attention. 4) The above mentioned five body qualities of mentally retarded students make no significant difference to improve the range of attention.
