经济全球化和改革开放给中国企业带来了飞速发展的战略机遇,中国企业的跨国投资活动日益活跃,给世界各国带来了全方位的影响,既有正面效应,也有负面效应,当然,也引发了各种形式的政治风险。本文总结了中国企业跨国投资遇到的政治风险,分析了政治风险的发生过程,以期为中国跨国企业防范东道国的政治风险提供科学依据。

Economic globalization and reform and opening bring the strategic opportunity of rapid development to Chinese enterprises. The activity of Chinese enterprises＇ multinational investment is very active, which has influ- enced the countries all over the world. It has both positive and negative effects; it has caused all forms of political risk. This paper summarizes the political risk on Chinese enterprises＇ multinational investment, and analyzes the process of the political risk so as to provide the scientific basis for Chinese multinational enterprises to prevent the po- litical risk of host country.
