中国目前房价过快上涨的现状,已跻身世界的前列。从表面现象来看,中国目前的房价已经超过居民家庭收入的支付能力,但是房价仍然居高不下,基于中国灰色收入的视角来分析中国房价过快上涨的原因是大量＂灰色收入＂支撑中国房价高企,同时保障性住房跟不上。因此,降低灰色隐形收入和提供充足保障性住房是控制中国房价过快上涨的对策。
中國目前房價過快上漲的現狀,已躋身世界的前列。從錶麵現象來看,中國目前的房價已經超過居民傢庭收入的支付能力,但是房價仍然居高不下,基于中國灰色收入的視角來分析中國房價過快上漲的原因是大量＂灰色收入＂支撐中國房價高企,同時保障性住房跟不上。因此,降低灰色隱形收入和提供充足保障性住房是控製中國房價過快上漲的對策。
중국목전방개과쾌상창적현상,이제신세계적전렬。종표면현상래간,중국목전적방개이경초과거민가정수입적지부능력,단시방개잉연거고불하,기우중국회색수입적시각래분석중국방개과쾌상창적원인시대량＂회색수입＂지탱중국방개고기,동시보장성주방근불상。인차,강저회색은형수입화제공충족보장성주방시공제중국방개과쾌상창적대책。
The situation of the fast increasing price of the real estate in China has already caught up the level of the leading countries,which has been unaffordable for the citizens at the first sight.However,the price of the real estate did not fall due to the above.Based on the view of grey income in China nowadays,the reasons of the fast increasing price of the real estate in China are the great amount of grey income and the lack of public housing.The suggestions to solve the problems are decreasing the grey income and providing sufficient public housing.
