Taiwan ; central governments ; administrative jurisdiction
台湾与大陆一水之隔，历史联系由来已久。早在三国时期两岸便开始了实际接触。长期以来，历代中央政府逐步加强对台湾的行政管辖，至明清之际实现对台湾的全部行政统治。历代政府在经营台湾的政策上体现出了继承和演变的双重机制，并逐渐走上趋于合理的行政管辖的道路，夯实了两岸民众血浓于水的民族情感。
檯灣與大陸一水之隔，歷史聯繫由來已久。早在三國時期兩岸便開始瞭實際接觸。長期以來，歷代中央政府逐步加彊對檯灣的行政管轄，至明清之際實現對檯灣的全部行政統治。歷代政府在經營檯灣的政策上體現齣瞭繼承和縯變的雙重機製，併逐漸走上趨于閤理的行政管轄的道路，夯實瞭兩岸民衆血濃于水的民族情感。
태만여대륙일수지격，역사련계유래이구。조재삼국시기량안편개시료실제접촉。장기이래，역대중앙정부축보가강대태만적행정관할，지명청지제실현대태만적전부행정통치。역대정부재경영태만적정책상체현출료계승화연변적쌍중궤제，병축점주상추우합리적행정관할적도로，항실료량안민음혈농우수적민족정감。
Taiwan and main land are separated by Taiwan Strait, but with long historic connection. Early in the Three Kingdom Period （in the year of 230） Taiwan and main land started real contact. For a long time, the central governments of past different dynasties had strengthened administrative jurisdiction and Ming and Qing dynasties really realized full administrative ruling of Taiwan. The past different governments used dual mechanisms of heritage and development about policies concerning Taiwan. Grad- ually the rule became proper administrative jurisdiction, which strengthened national emotions of the people on the both side of the strait.
