The paper combing the understanding of domestic some schdara on the relationship between information and knowledge, base on the distinguish of basic connotation between information and knowledge, relationships between information and knowledge summarized as follows： their roles are parallel, their coments can be transformed, their structures are separate, and the range of information contains the range of knowledge, alternative to each other through the attribute.
