个体差异是影响语用能力发展的重要因素之一。这篇文章通过实证研究，采取定量与定性相结合的研究方法，探讨了个体差异中场独立与依赖性认知风格与语际语用能力的相关性。结果显示，场独立性认知风格与语际语用能力不具备明显相关性，场依赖性认知风格与语际语用能力相关性显著。根据研究结果，提出在二语教学实践中应因材施教，指导学习者明确自己的场独立与依赖性认知风格，有意识地运用相关学习策略，弥补相关认知风格在语用能力学习中所产生的不足；学习者应增强社会文化意识，理解文化和语用差异，得体运用语言和正确理解语言等建议。

Individual differences relate greatly to the development of pragmatic competence. By means of an empirical study, this article explores the correlation between field dependence/ independence cognitive style and interlanguage pragmatic competence by means of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Results show that field independence cognitive style has no significant correlation with interlanguage pragmatic competence while field dependence cognitive style has significant correlation with interlanguage pragmatic competence, which has implications for studies in second language teaching and learning.
