改革开放30多年来，中国旧式农业经营管理面临新挑战，新型农业经营体系已初见端倪。新型农业经营体系构建是一项利益共享、风险共担的系统工程，需要利益群体广泛参与和精诚合作。现阶段．中国构建新型农业经营体系的基本思路应当是：在保障农民根本利益的前提下，实施种养专业化、生产组织化、服务社会化等一系列改革，促进农业集约化生产经营，切实增强农村活力，提高农民收入，繁荣农村经济。
改革開放30多年來，中國舊式農業經營管理麵臨新挑戰，新型農業經營體繫已初見耑倪。新型農業經營體繫構建是一項利益共享、風險共擔的繫統工程，需要利益群體廣汎參與和精誠閤作。現階段．中國構建新型農業經營體繫的基本思路應噹是：在保障農民根本利益的前提下，實施種養專業化、生產組織化、服務社會化等一繫列改革，促進農業集約化生產經營，切實增彊農村活力，提高農民收入，繁榮農村經濟。
개혁개방30다년래，중국구식농업경영관리면림신도전，신형농업경영체계이초견단예。신형농업경영체계구건시일항이익공향、풍험공담적계통공정，수요이익군체엄범삼여화정성합작。현계단．중국구건신형농업경영체계적기본사로응당시：재보장농민근본이익적전제하，실시충양전업화、생산조직화、복무사회화등일계렬개혁，촉진농업집약화생산경영，절실증강농촌활력，제고농민수입，번영농촌경제。
Thirty years since reform and opening-up, the Chinese old-style agricultural management has been confronted with new challenges, and new agricultural management system has emerged. Building the new agricultural management system is a benefit-and-risk-sharing systematic project, which needs extensive participation and sincere cooperation of interest groups. At the present stage, the basic ideas of building the new agricultural management system should be that, under the premise of guaranteeing the fundamental rights and interests of farmers, we take such series of reform measures as cultivation specialization, production organization, service socialization in China, in order to promote intensive production and management of agriculture, in hope of rural vitality enhancement, farmers＇ income improvement and agricultural economy prosperity.
