目的:1)通过针对性的最大乳酸稳态(MISS)训练,探讨该强度的运动训练对提高游泳运动员有氧代谢能力的有效性分析;2)通过对浙江游泳运动员的MLSS及个体乳酸阈(IAT)测试,分析MIRS与IAT之间的相关性及差异性。方法:8名游泳运动员在日常有氧耐力训练中严格执行MLSS所对应的强度游泳训练1个月;在训练前进行1次5×200m递增负荷游泳测试,负荷强度为80%~85%~90%~95%~100%强度游,每个200m包干时间为5min及2~4次6×2×200m恒定负荷测试,其中,每2个200m为1组,组内包干时间为3’,组间包干时间为3’30”。当一个月的训练结束后,再次进行1次递增负荷测试及2~4次恒定负荷测试。结果:1)MLSS训练前及训练后,IAT和MLSS的游速(V-IAT vs V-MLSS)分别是1.35±0.06vs 1.34±0.06m/S,1.4±0.03VS1.36±0.03m/s,IAT和心的游速之间存在较强的相关性(r=0.951及r=0.852);MLSS训练后,IAT和MISS的游速之间存在显著性差异(P〈0.05);MLSS训练前后,IAT的游速之间存在非常显著性差异(P〈0.01);MLSS的游速之间存在显著性差异(P〈0.05)。2)MISS训练前后,血乳酸峰值分别是8.07±1.6VS8.48士1.37mmol/L,两者之间无显著性差异。结论:1)游泳运动员经过1个月的麟训练后,血乳酸-游速曲线无论在低速游区段、还是在高速游区段均出现右移,表明运动员的有氧代谢能力提高;与此同时,只要训练合理安排,机体的无氧代谢能力并非因发展有氧代谢能力而削弱。2)IAT和MLSS的游速之间存在较强的相关性,但IAT游速高于煅游速:对于青少年游泳运动员来说,MU强训练法更为合理。

목적:1)통과침대성적최대유산은태(MISS)훈련,탐토해강도적운동훈련대제고유영운동원유양대사능력적유효성분석;2)통과대절강유영운동원적MLSS급개체유산역(IAT)측시,분석MIRS여IAT지간적상관성급차이성。방법:8명유영운동원재일상유양내력훈련중엄격집행MLSS소대응적강도유영훈련1개월;재훈련전진행1차5×200m체증부하유영측시,부하강도위80%~85%~90%~95%~100%강도유,매개200m포간시간위5min급2~4차6×2×200m항정부하측시,기중,매2개200m위1조,조내포간시간위3’,조간포간시간위3’30”。당일개월적훈련결속후,재차진행1차체증부하측시급2~4차항정부하측시。결과:1)MLSS훈련전급훈련후,IAT화MLSS적유속(V-IAT vs V-MLSS)분별시1.35±0.06vs 1.34±0.06m/S,1.4±0.03VS1.36±0.03m/s,IAT화심적유속지간존재교강적상관성(r=0.951급r=0.852);MLSS훈련후,IAT화MISS적유속지간존재현저성차이(P〈0.05);MLSS훈련전후,IAT적유속지간존재비상현저성차이(P〈0.01);MLSS적유속지간존재현저성차이(P〈0.05)。2)MISS훈련전후,혈유산봉치분별시8.07±1.6VS8.48사1.37mmol/L,량자지간무현저성차이。결론:1)유영운동원경과1개월적린훈련후,혈유산-유속곡선무론재저속유구단、환시재고속유구단균출현우이,표명운동원적유양대사능력제고;여차동시,지요훈련합리안배,궤체적무양대사능력병비인발전유양대사능력이삭약。2)IAT화MLSS적유속지간존재교강적상관성,단IAT유속고우단유속:대우청소년유영운동원래설,MU강훈련법경위합리。
objective : (1) To discuss validity of this training to improve the aerobic metabolic a- bility through the intensive MLSS training. (2) To analyze the relationship between MLSS and IAT through the test of Zhejiang swimming athletes' individual lactic acid threshold (IAT) and maximal lactate steady state (MLSS). Method : Eight swimming athletes strictly implemented the intensity of maximal lactate steady state for one month. Before training, one time increasing load test and 2 ; 4 times constant test was taken. One month after training, once again, one time increasing load test and 2 - 4 times constant test was taken. Result : ( 1 ) Before and after the MLSS training, V-IAT and V-MLSS (V-IATvsV-MLSS) were 1. 35 ± 0. 06 vsl. 34±0.06m/s, 1.4±0.03vs 1.36±0.03m/s, separately, there were strong relevant between them( r= 0.951 and r = 0.852); After the MLSS training, V-IAT and V-MLSS were a significant difference between them (P〈 0.05). Before and after the MLSS training, V-IAT was a very significant difference between them (P〈0.01) ;V-MLSS was a significant difference between them (P〈0. 05). (2) Before and after the MLSS training, the blood lactate peak was 8.07±1.6vs8.48dz 1.37mmol/L, there was no difference between them. Conclusion: (1)After one-month MLSS training, the athletes' aerobic metabolic ability improved. Meanwhile, as long as the reasonable training arrangement, anaerobic metabolism ability won't be lost. (2)The velocity was a strong relevant between IAT and MLSS, but the velocity of IAT was higher than MLSS. So, we should not use the V-IAT to MISS training, directly, and also for teenager swimmers, MLSS training method was more reasonable.
