高校师生教学信念包括大学教师和学生的教学观、教学方式以及对教学环境各因素的认识和看法。师生教学信念是个体先前经验与教学情境相互作用的结果，具有多样性。师生各种教学信念之间存在着相关关系，直接或间接影响到教育教学质量。师生教学信念的转变具有滞后性和复杂性的特点，未来研究应该努力探讨改变师生教学信念的有效途径，并进行高校师生教学信念的跨文化和国际比较研究。
