Chinese account for a large proportion of the population in Singapore and Malaysia. The two countries are deeply influenced by the traditional Chinese culture in the history. They are the post - developing countries, which developed steadily and rapidly guided by One -Party Dominant System which suit their national conditions in recent decades. The paper compared and analyzed the party politics, which provided experience and enlightenment for the development of party politics of the developing countries, including China.
