From understanding the report on the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the expression of three concepts of＂resource, environment and ecology＂, this paper discusses their scientific connotation, differences and relations. The paper holds that with clear ＂resource＂, ＂environment＂, ＂ecological＂ separate coordinate expression, is so far the most comprehensive and most complete and correct in the party and the state relevant literature about the relation between resource, environment, ecology. On a deeper level reflects the Communist Party of China＇ s deep understanding for the functional relationship between human and nature and to accurately grasp the law of ecological civilization.
