近年来，中国证券市场失信违规事件频发，上市公司信息披露质量问题成为证券市场各方关注的热点。本文结合熵权系数法，编制了一个信息披露质量指标体系，对沪深两市上市公司信息披露质量进行比较分析。实证研究表明，在信息披露质量方面，深交所上市公司整体水平略高于上交所，“沪强深弱”的观念似乎正在被逐步打破；行业分析发现，交通行业和金融行业的上市公司信息披露质量明显高于其它行业。研究结果还证明，本文编制的指数对上市公司信息披露质量具有较好的解释能力。

In recent years, dishonesty violations occurred frequently in Chinese securities markets, and the disclosure quality of listed companies has become a hot topic. We employ entropy weight coefficient method to investigate disclosure quality of listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai securities markets. We find evidence that disclosure quality in the Shenzhen securities market is higher than the Shanghai securities market. This reveals that the concept of＂Shanghai is stronger than Shenzhen＂ appears to be breaking down. Our industry analysis also shows that disclosure quality in the transportation and the financial industries are significantly higher than other industries. Our results suggest that the index of disclosure quality has better explanatory power.
