以广东省为例进行专业学位研究生教育结构与产业结构适切性分析发现:广东省研究生教育相对落后,层次结构失衡;专业学位科类结构还不完全匹配产业经济结构特性;工程硕士领域配置在一些先进制造业及新兴产业领域尚存开发空间;专业学位研究生培养单位层次重心偏高,培养主体单一;省内各区域间专业学位教育发展失衡。要合理发展专业学位研究生教育,需要积极拓展地方院校专业学位规模,设立区域特色的专业学位品种,调整优化专业学位学科结构,构建专业学位教育多元培养体系,合理布局专业学位学科专业,促进专业学位教育院校与科技创新企业缔结产学研战略联盟。

In analysis on the adequacy degree in postgraduate education in Guangd between industrial structure optimization and the development of professional ong Province, it is found out that the postgraduate education is lagged behind and with an imbalanced structure; professional degree education cannot match the characteristics of the industrial economic structure; further exploration on engineer postgraduate education is needed in the pioneering industries and latest industrial developments; most of the universities conducting professional degree in postgraduate education are high ranking universities in China, which shows the training subjects are singular; there is imbalanced development in professional reasonably, degree education in Guangdong Province. To develop professional degree in postgraduate education we need to enlarge the scale of the enrollment, to establish provincially distinct professional degree majors, to optimize professional degree curriculum with an emphasis on developing the engineering postgraduate education, to establish a multi-training system and allocate majors reasonably, and to promote a strategic alliance between universities and corporations.
