针对鸟巢赛后运营管理的难题,从系统科学的视角,运用管理学理论、供应链理论、价值链理论、服务理论、复杂适应系统理论、系统工程方法等理论和方法,并从服务的角度,提出基于服务供应链的鸟巢赛后运营管理模式,构建相应的基于服务供应链的鸟巢赛后服务运营管理系统的理论框架。通过对鸟巢基于服务供应链运营管理模式的实证分析,提出鸟巢赛后服务运营管理模式优化的建议。

In regard to the post-game operation and management problems of Bird＇s Nest, the present thesis proposes a post-game operation and management mode based on service supply chain, and constructed the corresponding theoretical framework of post-game operation and management system based on service supply chain for Bird＇s Nest, for the sake of service and from the perspective of system science, as well as based on the theories and approaches of management science theory, supply chain theory, service theory, complex adaptive system theory, system engineering approach, etc. In the end, the thesis also proposes some suggestions for the optimization of post-game operation and management mode of Bird＇s Nest after an empirical analysis of post-game operation and management mode based on service supply chain.
