农村环境问题促使人们从环境伦理的角度来反思人类面对环境与发展、人与自然之矛盾的价值取向。农民的生态道德理念与农民在特定生态环境中形成的生产生活方式密切相关。课题组对陕西合阳县城后村、黑镇村、浪后村的村民进行农民生态道德状况的问卷调查。调查表明，农民生态道德认知水平有待提高，生态道德情感不稳定，生态道德行为与认知不一致。农民生态道德培育成为乡村环境保护的伦理诉求。

The rural environment problem is the ethical crisis that one-sided development view and the anthro- pocentric values eventually lead to. Farmers＇ ecological moral idea is closely related to the modes of production and life under particular ecological environment. The rural environment problem prompts peol~le to reflect the value o- rientation from environmental ethics when human faces the conflict of environment and development and the con- tradiction between man and nature. The result of a questionnaire survey to farmer＇s ecological moral condition in three villages of Heyang County in Shaanxi shows that farmers＇ ecological moral cognition is in low level, their eco- logical moral emotion is not stable, and their ecological moral behavior and cognitive are not consistent. The culti- vation of the farmer＇s ecological ethics is more and more urgent and necessary. Farmers＇ ecological moral cultiva- tion become an ethical appeal of rural environmental protection.
