中国在确立律师在场权制度的问题上仍存在较多顾虑。而在司法环境和基础条件与我国相似的越南早已引入律师在场权制度并在司法实践中运行多年，其经验和教训可以给我们一定的启示。为解决刑事侦查阶段所存在的一些问题，中国有必要构建律师在场权制度。

China still has quite a few worries over the establishment of the system of lawyer＇ s right of presence. Like China in terms of the judicial environment and basic condition, Vietnam has established such a system and implemented it for many years, whose experi- ence and lessons can shed some light on our practice. In order to solve some problems in the criminal investigation stage, it is necessa- ry to construct this system in China.
